Generating the Meal Plan Report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Forecast and Availability > Meal Plan Report. The Meal Plan Report is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Property
    The code of the property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Status
    The status of the guest stay records which are to be included in the report.
    Note: You can select multipleStatus.
  3. Set the check boxes in the Report Options section:
    Show Summary
    Select this check box to display the combined total of meal plans for a day.
    Include Guest Profile Meal Plans
    Select this check box to include meal plans from the guest profile records.
    Show Child Categories
    Select this check box to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and meal plan count for the child category.
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
  5. Click Print Report.
