Generating Internal Action Report

To generate this report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Internal Action Requests Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated. This value is defaulted with the session property.
    Note: You can select and modify multiple property codes.
    Department
    The department code based on which the report includes records that is same as that of the selected values.
    Message
    The message code based on which the report includes records that is same as that of the selected values.

    For example, if Completed code is selected for this field, the report displays messages with the P5ReservationMessages.Rem_Cancelled column containing values.

  3. Specify the type of status data that must be printed in the report in the Report Options section based on these selections:
    • Cancelled
    • Checked Out
    • In-House
    • No Show
    • Reserved
    • Waitlist
  4. Select Priority Clean Rooms in the Report Parameters section, to display priority clean room messages on the report.
  5. Specify the method that is used to sort the records, in the Sort By section.
  6. Select the Dates in the Date Range section.
  7. Click Print.
