Searching for a player

Use the Guest Stay page to search for a player profile in HMS or in an external player tracking system. You must select the property parameter CMSINTG to search for a player. You can retrieve and display the value of Control Segment and ADT fields in the guest stay record, the install parameter CTRLSEGM must be selected and the value of install parameter CMSPRTNR must be set to INTLGAMETECH.

To search a player:

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay.
  2. Click New Record.
  3. Click the Guest Search icon adjacent to the Last Name field.
  4. Specify the information that you require. See additional details about these fields:
    External Search
    Select External Search to search the external player tracking system.
  5. Click Search
  6. Select a record.
  7. Click Ok.
