Using the confirmation screen
		- 
				Select Call Center from the menu. The Call
						Center screen is displayed..
			
- 
				Create a new reservation.
				
					Note: 
						
							- You can also click the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations
								widget.
- You cannot edit a reservation with Waitlist status. However, you can
								cancel the reservation on the Confirmation
								screen.

				3. Click Wrap Up in the shopping
					cart. The Wrap Up screen is displayed.
			
- 
				Select Submit to confirm the
					reservation details. The reservation is saved, and the Confirmation screen is
					displayed.
			
- 
				Click New Reservation to create
					another reservation without completing the call. The landing page is displayed.
				
			
- 
				Click Copy Reservation to replicate
					the existing reservation data. After confirmation, the Guarantee &
						Deposit screen is displayed.
				
					
						- The details such as guest information, property, stay dates and rate
							plan, and the credit card token of the original reservation are
							copied.
- You cannot modify the copied details except for guest information.

				Click End to complete the
					call.
