Enrolling a player

Use the Player Enrollment and Update pop-up to specify player profile information and send the information to the partner player tracking system to enroll or update a player profile. You can also scan and capture driver’s license information.

To enroll a player:

  1. Select Front Desk > Guest Stay > Enroll Player.
  2. Alternatively, select Front Desk > Guest Stay > Guest Details > Enroll Player.
  3. Select an existing player reservation. The guest values are defaulted from the Guest Stay screen, if populated.
  4. Alternatively, place the driver's license into the scanner and click Scan to scan the license.
  5. Click Submit to enroll the player.
