Generating In-House with Details Report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Arrival/Stay Over/Departure/In-House > In-House with Details Report.
  2. Specify this information, in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property to view the records of the booking agency.
    Booking Agency
    The booking agency type. The options are displayed based on codes created as organization type codes on the Maintain Global Codes screen.
    Confirmation Number
    The confirmation number generated for the guest stay.
    Group Confirmation
    The code to represent a group confirmation.
    Guarantee
    The name of the guarantee method.
    Market Segment
    The market segment code. The report includes all the reservations for the selected market segments.
    Note: You can select multiple market segments.
    Track
    The Track code associated with the market segments.
    Note: You can select multiple Track codes for a market segment.
    Geographic Code
    The Geographic code associated with the location.
    Note: You can select multiple Geographic codes for a location.
    Organization
    The organization type. The available options are based on codes created as organization type codes on the Maintain Global Codes screen.
    Rate Plan
    The rate plan code. The report includes all the reservations for the selected rate plan.
    Rewards Program
    The internal or external rewards programs that enable guests to earn points, miles, and membership benefits based on the customer loyalty.
    Reward Level
    The reward level code associated with the guest stay.
    Room Type
    The room type to view the report information.
    Settlement Type
    The mode of payment settlement such as Cash, Cheque, Credit Card and so on.
    Source of Business
    The source type of the business. For example, Third Party, Corporate, Sales Department, Travel Package and others..
    VIP
    The VIP level code.
    Loyalty Membership Level
    The loyalty level associated with the guest.
    Building
    The building code assigned to the room based on which the report only includes the rooms that are matched.
    Floor
    The floor code assigned to the room based on which the report only includes the rooms that are matched.
    Wing
    The wing code configured to the room based on which the report only includes the rooms that are matched.
    Status
    The status of the guest stay.
  3. Specify this information, in the Report Options section:
    Include Additional Guests
    Select this check box to display the details of secondary guests added to the room.
    Include Address
    Select this check box to display the details of guest address as provided in the Guest Stay record.
    Include Birthday
    Select this check box to display the birthday details of guest.
    Include Guest History
    Select this check box to display the lifetime revenue, lifetime nights, lifetime stays of the guests, and the last stay property.
    Include Guest Notes
    Select this check box to display the guest notes provided in the Guest Notes field of the Guest Stay record.
    Include Loyalty Membership Level
    Select this check box to display the details of the loyalty level related to the guests as specified in the Guest Stay record.
    Include Membership Type
    Select this check box to display the Membership Type that is associated with the guest stay record.
    Include Notes
    Select this check box to display the notes specified in the tab of the Guest Stay record, however, does not include private notes of guests.
    Include Preferences
    Select this check box to display preferences and descriptors existing for the preference specified in the Guest stay screen.
    Include Reservation Notes
    Select this check box to display the reservation notes specified in the Guest Stay record.
    Include Rate Changes
    Select this check box to display all rate changes on a separate line in the arrival information for the guest. The report displays all rate changes for the length of the reservation. If the checkbox is cleared, the report displays the average rate of the guest stay for the selected report dates. If the first night of the guest's is before the report start date the report uses the rate from the last night of the stay.
    Include Rewards Program Number
    Select this check box to display the Rewards Program Number defined on guest profile.
    Include Shares
    Select this check box to display the combined guest count of all the share components.
    Only VIPs
    Select this check box to display the details of the VIP guests only.
    Only Zero Rates
    Select this check box to display only the guest records with zero rate provided in the Guest Stay record.
    Show Package Rates
    If this check-box is selected, the report displays all the room amounts where the rate is a part of a package.
    Only Stayovers
    Select this check box to exclude guest records if the departure date is same as the specified Start Date.
    Show Rates
    Select this check box to display the Rates report column.
    Group By Building
    Select this check box to include information related to building, wing and floor. The report is grouped by the building code and includes the associated Reservation data.
    Note: 
    • The report is categorized based on the building defined at the Room Type level.
    • If the rooms have no building assigned, ‘No Building’ text is displayed in the report.
    Include Gender
    Select this check box to include the Service Demographic for all reservations that have the gender of the guest specified.
    Include Service and Pay Grade
    Select this check box to include the Service Demographic for all reservations that have the Service and Pay Grade value specified.
    Suppress Names
    Select this check box to exclude the guest name, alternate guest name, share guest name and additional guest names for all reservations.
    Include Activities
    Select this check box to include the details of the activities that are associated with the guest stay.
    Note: The cancelled activities are not included.
  4. Select the sort options in the Sort By section.
  5. Specify the Start Date and the End Date in the Date Range field.
  6. Click Print Record.
