Viewing the property information

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Click Start.
  3. Review this information on the property card:
    Property Image
    The brand image of the property.
    Property Description
    The short description of the property. The description is specified in the Property Notes field of the Property Configuration screen.
  4. Click Information to view additional details such as features of the property, Concierge Information setup of the property and link of the official website.
    Note: You must specify the Property Details and Concierge Details on the Property Configuration screen in HMS.
  5. Click View Rates to view room rates of a property for specific guest stay dates on the Rate Shop screen.
    Note: You can also select maximum of seven properties and click View Rates to compare the rates.
