Configuring online guest experience

Select Administration > Property > Setup > Online Guest Experience
Configuration.
The Online Guest Experience Configuration screen is displayed.

Specify this information in the Check-In Configuration section:
Note:
- You can use these tags to customize the guest name on the invite
letters:
- :NameSuffix
- :NameTitle
- :FirstName
- :MiddleInitial
- :LastName
- :SecondLastName
- You must not copy text from another source.
- You can select the View Source option to view the HTML markup. However, you must not modify the HTML.

- The letter does not include the images of the location map, phone, or email if the property address, phone number and email are not configured for the property.
- If an active address with the same country code as of the property is not defined in the Address Configuration screen, then the letter includes the default property address.
- Header Image URL
- The default image URL that is included in
the header of the Online Check-in App and the invite letter.Note:
The recommended image size is 800px x 200px.
- Footer Image URL
- The default image URL to be included in the
footer of the Online Check-in App and the invite letter.Note:
The recommended image size is 800px x 200px.
- Recommendation-1 Image URL
- The URL for the recommendation image is
displayed on the check-in confirmation page of the App.Note:
The recommended image size is 355px x 150px.
- Recommendation-1 Image Navigate To URL
- The URL that navigates from the Recommendation Image on the check-in confirmation page of the App.
- Online Check-in App URL Text
- The URL that links the text to the Check-in App.
- Guest Details Page Information Text
- The instruction of the guest that is displayed on the online check-in guest details page.
- Restrict VIP
- The code and description of the VIP level. The confirmation
mail is not sent to the guest stays that are associated with the
selected VIP level.Note: You can select multiple VIP levels.
- Restrict Loyalty
- The code and description of the Loyalty level. The
confirmation mail is not sent to the guest stays that are associated
with the selected Loyalty level.Note: You can select multiple Loyalty levels.
- Online Check-in Letter Signature Text
- The text that is included as part of the signature of the guest.
- Online Check-in Letter Subject
- The text of the subject line that is defaulted on the invite letter in the App.
- Online Check-in Letter Email body
- The default text of the email sent to the
guest for the check-in.Note: The text can include a maximum of 4000 characters.
- Online Terms and Conditions URL
- The URL that can be used for online check-in. The link also displays the text related to the terms and conditions for online check-in.
- Check-in Confirmation Letter Subject
- The default text for the subject line of the letter confirming the check-in.
- Check-in Confirmation Letter Email Body
- The default text for the letter confirming the check-in.
- Check-in Confirmation Letter Signature Text
- The text included as a signature in the confirmation
letter.Note: The text can include a maximum of 4000 characters.
- Online Check-in Invite VIP
- Select this check box to send the invite letter to the VIP guests.
- Online Check-in Invite Loyalty
- Select this check box to send the invite letter to Loyalty guests.
- Guest Details Page Information Text
- The information of the guest that is displayed on the Guest Details screen of the Online Check-in.
- Guest Stay Defined Traces
- Displays the list of Guest Stay traces from the Defined Traces screen. The selected traces are associated with the guest stay on successful completion of online check-in.
- You can use these tags to customize the guest name on the invite
letters:

- The default image URL to be included in the
header of the App and the invite letter.Note:

- The URL for the recommendation image is

- Displays the list of Guest Stay traces from the Defined Traces screen. The selected traces are associated with the guest stay on successful completion of online check-out.

Specify this information in the Guest Portal
Configuration section to configure an invite letter for the
guest:
- Guest Portal Background Image URL
- The default URL for the background image which is displayed
on the Guest Portal.Note: The recommended image size is 355px x 150px.
- Guest Portal Logo Image URL
- The default URL for the logo displayed on the Guest Portal.
- Letter Header Image URL
- The default URL for the header image included in the invite letter.
- Letter Footer Image URL
- The default URL for the footer image included in the invite letter.
- Guest Portal Letter Email Body
- The default text of the email included in the invite letter.
- Guest Portal Letter Subject
- The default text for the subject line included in the invite letter.
- Guest Portal Letter App URL Text
- The default text on the invite letter with hyperlink to the Guest Portal Letter App.
- Guest Portal Letter Signature Text
- The default text included in the signature section of the invite letter.
- Send Guest Portal Letter
- Select this check box to send the Check-in Invite letter to
the guest from the Guest Portal when the Reservation status is set
to In-House on any one of these screens:
- The Check In screen
- The Guest Stay screen
- The Stay 360 screen
- Online Check In Confirmation Page
- Login URL
- The URL of the Login screen for the Online Guest Experience.Note: By default, the application displays the URL. You cannot change the URL.
- Active Days Prior to Arrival
- The number of days the URL is active for use before the guest arrives in the hotel.
- Active Days After Departure
- The number of days the URL is active for use after the guest departs from the hotel.
- Click Save.
