Editing the added experiences

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Click the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
    Note: The reservation status must be Reserved.
  3. Select Experiences in the Navigation pane. The Experiences screen is displayed.
  4. Click Edit for the item line in the Experiences section, of the shopping cart. The Advance Modify window is displayed.
  5. Modify the required data.
  6. Click Select. The details of the item are updated in the shopping cart.
    Note: You can click Remove to delete the item from the shopping cart. Also, if the item is invalid for the reservation, the item is removed from the shopping cart.
