Viewing text messages on the Messages widget
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
- 
				Click the dropdown icon to view filter options. Available options:
				- Message Status: Filters the messages based on the current status of the message.
- Departments: Filters the messages based on the department name associated with the message.
- Properties: Filters messages of the selected property.
 
- 
				Click the message record to view complete text message.
				Note: The messages are displayed based on the access rights provided to the user, for the property.
