Configuring screens for online check-in and check-out

Use the Check-in/Checkout Page Configuration tab to configure the screens that must be displayed for the online check-in and check-out process. The Online Guest Experience Pages (ONLGEP) is a System Defined Code that includes all the screens available for configuration. By default, the application includes these screens:
  • Check-in Welcome Page (GEWECI)
  • Guest Details Page (GEGSTP)
  • Guest Opt-in Page (GEOPTP)
  • Registration Card Page (GEREGP)
  • Pre-Check-in Page (GEPCKN)
  • Check-in Confirmation Page (GECNFI)
  • Checkout Welcome page (GEWECO)
  • View Charges Page (GEVIEW)
  • Payer Page (GEPAYR)
  • Checkout Confirmation Page (GECNFO)
  • Additional Guest Details Page (GEGSTA)

To configure:

  1. Select Administration > Property > Setup > Online Guest Experience Configuration.The Online Guest Experience Configuration screen is displayed.
  2. Select Check-in/Checkout Page Configuration tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    Exception by
    The Code Type Name of the global codes for which the exception levels are assigned. Available values:
    • Control Segment
    • Country
    • Loyalty Program Level
    • Player Rank
    • VIP Level
    • Default
    Note: By default, the field is set to Default. The Customize Exception Levels option is not available for the Default exception.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: The user can add screens for the selected Exception Level and modify only the Display Type field of each screen.
