Generating Housekeeper Activity Report

This report includes details of the housekeeper’s activity during the selected duration of the guest stay.

To generate this report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Housekeeping > Housekeeper Activity Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated. This value is defaulted with the session property.
    Note: You can select and modify multiple property codes.
    Action
    Select the type of task to be included in the report.
    Housekeeper Name
    The name of the housekeeper. The details of this housekeeper are included in the report.
    Room
    The room code for for which the report is generated.
    Room Status
    The status type of the room for which the report is generated.
    Room Type
    Select the room type to filter the report.
    Service Type
    The type of service to perform the tasks. The available options are Check-In, Check-Out, Full, Light, None, Touchup.
  3. Review this information in the Report Options section:
    Only DND Rooms
    If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the list of room records with the DND value for the selected date.
    Note: The report must display the Start Time and the Finish Time on the DND column.
    Only Priority Clean Rooms
    If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the rooms with Priority Clean checkbox selected for the selected date.
    Note: The Priority column displays “Y” for Priority Clean and “Blank” when the room is not a Priority Clean.
    Only Interrupted Rooms
    If this checkbox is selected, the report displays the rooms having an Interrupt count value for the selected date.
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: 
    • By default, the application includes the current Hotel Date. You can modify the value.
    • The report includes the room details specified in the room cleaning record based on the date/timestamps.
  5. Click Print. The report displays the list of activities performed by the Housekeeper employees in a day.
    Note: 
    • The report can be sorted by rooms, room status, room type, service type and Date/Time.
    • If the report is Sorted By other options, the Start Time is displayed as the second column (after the first sort order type) in the report.
