If the Room Turn Over check box is selected for the delivery of non-room items, and if there is a guest staying in the room the night before, the hotel must wait for the guest to check-out before they can deliver the item. For removal of the non-room item, if there is a guest arriving for the room that day the hotel must remove the item before the next guest arrives. Room Turn Over check box lets the hotel know that timely removal or delivery is required. They generally do not remove an item until a guest is checked out, but they need to get it removed before the next guest arrives. If it is a delivery, they must wait for the Check-Out before delivering the item.
