Creating inventory

Use the Inventory tab to specify non-room item inventory changes by date. This tab is hidden and is not available by default. No end date is required for inventory but you can set the inventory to zero if you do not require that item to be inventory controlled any longer.

To create non-room item inventory:

  1. Select Rate and Sales > Pricing > Non Room Items.
  2. Click Add Record.
  3. Specify the information that you require. See additional details about these fields:
    Start Date
    Specify the date from which the inventory controlled item must be available.
    Inventory Count
    Specify the inventory count for which you want to create the record.
    Note
    Specify the note if required.
    Availability
    Click Availability to view the latest inventory numbers.
  4. Click Save Record.
