Modifying the Sub Menu

  1. Select Item Harmony > Master Items. The record view of the Master Item screen is displayed.
  2. Select the Sub Menu tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    Sub Menu ID
    The code and description of the sub menu linked to the item.
    Status
    The status of the sub menu that is linked to the item. Possible values:
    • Active
    • Inactive
      Note: By default, the status is set to Active. However, you can modify the value.
    Is Default
    Select the check box to set the sub menu as the default for the item.
    Product ID
    The product code and description of the item.
    Note: This value is defaulted from the Record View tab. You cannot modify the value.
  4. Click Save.
