Messages
Use this screen to compose messages for Start Center. The messages are displayed to all
the users of the Start Center.
The messages are displayed only if:
- The message is Active
- The System Date/Time is the same as or after the Message Start Date/Time
- The System Date/Time must be the same as or prior to the Message End Date/Time
Note: Each message can comprise a maximum of 4000
characters.
