Item Harmony Extract

Use this screen to manually extract the Revenue Center data and export the files to Enterprise Manager.

You can select the Revenue Centers that must be included in the extract.

The extract generates 18 files which are stored at the SFTP address specified on the Subscription tab of the Databridge Partner screen. The extracted files are stored in a ZIP folder and the file name is in the IH-YYYYMMDDhhmmss.zip format. The UTC Time Zone is included in the file name to Timestamp the extract. These 18 files are later exported to the Enterprise Manager. The 18th file is an additional file which includes the list of Terminal IDs of with the selected Revenue Centers.

Note:

You can generate an extract every 45 minutes.
Item Harmony data files are imported to the Enterprise Manager with the ih_import name/tag. The import process uses the Oracle database to read the .csv files and create the delta of the changes.

Example

For the Revenue Center (Patterson Airport Café) with the Revenue Center ID (49) and two Terminals (Terminal 1 ID = 59021 and Terminal 2 ID = 59022), the additional file (File 18) includes the two values – 59021 and 59022

However, the extract can be generated automatically, by scheduling the Job that runs twice a day. This process exports only 17 files to the Enterprise Manager. See Automatic generation of the Item Harmony extract
