Configuring the Accounts

  1. Select Configuration > Accounts. The Account screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Account ID
    The code of the account that is generated by the application when the account is created.
    Note: You cannot modify this value.
    Account Name
    The name of the account.
    Status
    The status of the account. Possible values:
    • Active
    • Inactive
    Halo Account ID
    A unique ID of the account that is the same as the Halo Account created in the Enterprise Manager. This value connects record of IH with a similar record in EM.
  3. Click Save.
