Creating a Revenue Center

Select Item Harmony > Revenue Centers.
Note: The Revenue Centers that are configured for the user are displayed.

Specify this information:
- Revenue Center ID
- A unique ID which is sequentially generated by the
application for the Revenue Center. You must also specify a name for
the Revenue Center.Note: You cannot modify the Revenue Center ID.
- Status
- The status of the revenue center. The possible values are:
- Active
- Inactive
- Unit Number
- The eight-digit number provided by the client to identify
the Revenue Centers.Note: This value is used by the administrators to trouble shoot issues.

Specify this information in the Revenue Center Details session:
- Location ID
- A unique ID and name of the location.Note: You can select a location with Active status.
- Send for Validation
- Select this check box to validate the items associated with the revenue center.
- Has Changed
- Select this check box to indicate that the revenue center is modified.
- Tax Region ID
- A unique ID of the tax region.Note: You can select a region with Active status.
- Is Tax Exempt
- Select this check box to indicate that the Revenue Center is tax exempted.
- Validated Items
- The total number of validated items configured for the
Revenue Center.Note: You cannot modify this value. The value is retrieved from Enterprise Dashboard screen.
- Non Validated
- The total number of non-validated items configured for the
Revenue Center.Note: You cannot modify this value. The value is retrieved from Enterprise Dashboard screen.
- Latitude
- The decimal value indicates the latitude of the revenue center.
- Longitude
- The decimal value indicates the longitude of the revenue center.
- Radius Meters
- The decimal value indicates the Earth radius of the revenue
center.Note: The Latitude, Longitude and Radius Meters fields assist in locating the Revenue Center when mapped with mobile.

Select the Item Notification is
Active check box in the New Item Notification Details section to
send an email notification to the Administrator when a new item is created for
the Revenue Center. You must specify this information:
- Admin Email Recipients
- The email address of the Administrator who must validate
the new items.Note: Comma (,) is used to specify multiple email addresses.
- Revenue Center From Email
- The email address of the Revenue Center.

Select the Item Validated Notification
Details check box in the Item Validated Notification Details
section to send an email to the Revenue Center after the new items are validated
by the Administrator. You must specify this information:
- Revenue Center Email Recipients
- The email address of the Revenue Center.Note: You can use comma (,) to specify multiple email addresses.
- Admin From Email
- The email address of the Administrator who validates the items.
- Specify the additional information, if required, in Notes field of the Details section.
- Click Save.
