Adding Revenue Center to Users

Use the User ID – Revenue Center tab to associate the user to the Revenue Centers. This provides permission for the user to access only, the selected Revenue Centers of the Item Harmony.

  1. Select Administration > Security > User.
  2. Select the User on the Record View to provide access for the Revenue Center.
  3. Select the Revenue Center tab.
  4. Specify this information:
    Revenue Center ID
    A unique ID and name of the Revenue Center.
    Note: You can select multiple Revenue Center.
    Status
    The status of the selected Revenue Center.
    Note: By default, the value is set to Active.
  5. Click Save.
