Managing your account

You can change your e-mail address, system language, and login password.
Note: If you change your password and have report schedules in Item Harmony Advanced Reporting, you must renew your credentials in that system. Contact your system administrator for more information.

To manage your account:

  1. Select My Account in the page header.
  2. Specify this information:
    Success Msg. Timeout
    Specify the time period for which to display success messages in the message bar.
    E-mail
    Specify a new e-mail address.
    Language
    Specify the language to use for your account.
    Current Password
    Specify the password you used to log in.
    Note: If LDAP is enabled, the password fields are not displayed.
    New Password
    Specify a new password.
    Confirm Password
    Specify the new password.
  3. In the Change External Password section, specify this information:
    External Current Password
    Specify the password you used to log in.
    External New Password
    Specify a new password.
    External Confirm Password
    Specify the new password.
  4. Click Update External Password to update the external password.
  5. Click Save Record.

If you change values for the Success Msg. Timeout field or Language field, you must log out, close all browser sessions, and then log in to see the changes.
