Configuring Sub Menus

  1. Select Configuration > Submenus. The Sub Menus screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Sub Menu ID
    A unique ID of the sub menu generated by the application when the sub menu is created.
    Note: You cannot modify this value.
    Description
    The name of the sub menu used for organizing similar items.
    Status
    The status of the sub menu. Possible values:
    • Active
    • Inactive
      Note: By default, the value is Active. However, you can modify the value.
  3. Specify this information in the Sub Menu section:
    Revenue Center ID
    The code of the revenue center linked to the sub menu.
    Is Cloned
    Indicates that the sub menu data is copied from another record.
    End Date
    The date to which the sub menu remains active.
  4. Click Save.
