Configuring fields in the Call Center screen

Use the Field Configuration tab to configure the fields that are displayed in the Call Center screen. You can select the name of the screen from the drop-down menu. A list of Field and the Display Type is displayed based on the name of the screen.

  1. Select Administration > Call Center Setup > Call Center Configuration. The Call Center Configuration screen is displayed.
  2. Click on the Field Configuration tab.
  3. Select the screen from the drop-down menu. Possible values:
    • Guest Details
    • Landing Page
    • Rate shop
    Note:  By default, the Landing Page option is selected.
  4. Select the required field to be configured.
  5. Specify this information in the Control Details section:
    Display Type
    The display type of the field. Possible values:
    • Hidden: The field is hidden.
    • Optional: The field is displayed wherein you can specify a value.
    • Protected: The field is displayed and disabled. Required: The field is displayed and a value must be specified.
    • Required: The field is displayed and a value must be specified.
  6. Click Save.
