Adding new guest

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Click Start button. The landing page is displayed.
  3. Click the search pane.
  4. Click Add New Primary Guest to include the details of the guest in the Add New Guest window.
    Note: You must not specify the value in the FORCEGUESTPROFILELOOKUP Call Center parameter to display the Add New Primary Guest link. However, when this parameter is enabled, the user must perform the search prior to displaying the Add New Primary Guest link.
  5. Specify this information in the Add New Guest window:
    First Name
    The first name of the guest.
    Last Name
    The last name of the guest.
    Email Type
    The type of email address of the guest. Possible values:
    • Primary
    • Alternate
    Note: By default, the email type this value is set to Primary. However, you can modify the value.
    Email
    The email address of the guest.
    Email Marketing Opt In
    If this check box is selected, the marketing offers related to the property are mailed communicated to the guest through emails.
    Phone Type
    The type of the phone number of the guest. Possible values:
    • Daytime Phone Number
    • Evening Phone Number
    • Fax Number
    Note: 
    • By default, the phone type value is set to Daytime Phone Number. However, you can modify the value.
    Phone Number
    The phone number of the guest.
    Mobile Number
    The mobile number of the guest.
    Reason for Stay
    The purpose of the stay
  6. Click Apply. The application displays the guest details on the Guest Information bar.
    Note: The new guest profile is created when the reservation is completed and submitted.
