Configuring fields in the Web Booking application

Use the Field Configuration tab to configure the fields that are displayed in the Web Booking application. A list of field names with the display type is displayed based on the name of the screen specified in the drop-down menu.

  1. Select Administration > Property > Setup > Web Booking Configuration. The Web Booking Configuration screen is displayed.
  2. Select the Field Configuration tab.
  3. Select the screen for which you want to configure the fields in the drop-down menu. Possible values:
    • Landing Page
    • Account Update
    • Guest Information
    Note: 

    The Landing Page option is selected by default.

  4. Select the required field to be configured.
  5. Specify this information in the Control Details section:
    Display
    The display type of the field. Possible values:
    • Hidden: The field is hidden.
    • Optional: The field is displayed and not required.
    • Protected: The field is displayed and disabled.
    • Required: The field is displayed and required.
  6. Click Save.
