Configuring Tabs in the Call Center screen

Use the Tab Configuration tab to configure the tabs that are displayed in the Call Center screen. A list of tab names with the display type is displayed.

  1. Select Administration > Call Center Setup > Call Center Configuration. The Call Center Configuration screen is displayed.
  2. Click on the Tab Configuration tab. The list of tabs with their order and hidden settings are displayed.
  3. Select the required tab to be configured.
  4. Specify this information in the Tab Details section:
    Order
    The numeric order in which the tab is displayed in the Call Center screen.
    Hidden
    Select this check box to hide the tab in the Call Center screen.
    Note: The check box is disabled, and the setting cannot be modified for the Guarantee & Deposit and Guest Details tabs.
  5. Click Save.
