Configuring the default information for Web Booking application

Use the Record View tab to configure the default information for the Web Booking application.

  1. Select Administration > Property > Setup > Web Booking Configuration. The Web Booking Configuration screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Default Configuration section:
    Guest
    The text that is displayed in the header.
    Email Type
    The URL of the image that is displayed in the header.
    Currency
    The type of currency used in the Web Booking application.
    Note: The maximum number that can be specified for the room selection is 9.
    Phone Type
    The type of phone number to be specified in the Web Booking application.
    Rate Plans
    The rate plans that are displayed in the Web Booking application.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Address Type
    The type of address to be specified in the Web Booking application.
  3. Click Save.
