Call Center landing page

Use the Call Center landing page to start the reservation for the guest.
Note: 
  • A warning message or the Turndown window is displayed when the user navigates to another screen in HMS, while creating or editing the guest reservation data.
  • If the USEMILITARYSETUP call center parameter is selected, the Service, Rank, Pay Grade, and Gender of the guest are displayed on the header.
  • You can use the Chain field to select the required chain of hotels. When you select a chain, the application defaults the configured Call Center settings for that chain and displays all the associated properties . See, Call Center Configuration.
