Configuring header/footer information in the Web Booking application

Use the Header/Footer Configuration tab to specify the header and footer information that is displayed in the Web Booking application.

Note: You can specify up to four column headers in the footer. You can specify up to five URLs in a column header.
  1. Select Administration > Property > Setup > Web Booking Configuration. The Web Booking Configuration screen is displayed.
  2. Select the Header/Footer Configuration tab.
  3. Specify this information in the Header Settings section:
    Header Information Text
    The text that is displayed in the header.
    Header Image URL
    The URL of the image that is displayed in the header.
    Contact Us URL
    The URL of the hotel details screen that is displayed in the header.
  4. Specify this information in the Footer Settings section:
    Copyright Text
    The copyright text that is displayed in the footer.
    Show Social Media Links in Footer
    Select this check box to display the social media links in the footer.
    Facebook
    The Facebook page URL of the hotel.
    Instagram
    The Instagram page URL of the hotel.
    X
    The X page URL of the hotel.
    LinkedIn
    The LinkedIn page URL of the hotel.
  5. Specify this information in the Footer Custom Links section:
    Column Header
    The text of the column header in the footer.
    Title
    The title of the URL displayed in the footer.
    Navigate to URL
    The URL to which the browser navigates to, when you click the title.
    Status
    The status of the custom URL. Possible values:
    • Active
    • Inactive
  6. Click Save.
