Configuring the default information for Call Center screen Use the Record View tab to configure the default information for the Call Center screen. Select Administration > Call Center Setup > Call Center Configuration. The Call Center Configuration screen is displayed. Select the required chain of hotels for which the Call Center screen must be configured. Specify this information in the Default Configuration section: Adults The default number of adults set to display on the Call Center screen for booking a reservation. Hide Landing Page Select this check box to hide the Landing page on the HMS Call Center screen. Click Save.
