Automatically Added Items in the Shopping Cart
You can use the Automatically Added section to view non-room items that the
application automatically adds to a guest stay. The application adds these items based on the
non-room item associations configured for the Room Type or Room Type for Charge.
Note: This
section is displayed only if the reservation contains automatically added items.
The automatically added items are arranged alphabetically by item name and then by the item start
date. The following information is displayed for each item:
- Quantity
- Item name
- Unit price
- Frequency
- Pricing control
- Date range
- Item total
You can perform these actions for each automatically added item:
- Modify the item using the link.
- Remove the item using the button.
- Point to the comment icon to view the item comment.
Note: The comment icon is displayed only if a
comment is specified for the item.
The Automatically Added section does not display a separate subtotal. The item amounts are included in the Experiences total and the applicable Shopping Cart totals.
