Managing conversation history

You can use the Chats tab in the Extensions pane to view and manage your conversations. On this tab, you can view conversations with the conversation title, time and message count. The most recent conversation is displayed first.

You can perform these actions on the Chats tab:

  • Specify text in the Search conversations field to search for a conversation whose title or last message matches the specified text.
  • Select a conversation to open it in the chat window and view the full message history.
  • Select + to start a new conversation.
  • Select the Rename option to rename a conversation. After you confirm the new title, the conversation is updated with the new title and displayed in the list.
  • Select the Duplicate option to create a copy of a conversation. The copy is created as a new conversation with (copy) added to the title, and a success message is displayed.
Note: The original conversation remains unchanged.
  • Select the Delete option to delete a conversation. After you confirm the deletion, the conversation is removed from the list.
Note:
  • You must enable the notification channel in the Extensions pane to view conversations from channels such as Telegram and Microsoft Teams.
  • The search option filters only conversations that are in the sidebar.
  • An empty chat box is displayed when no conversations match the search or when no conversations exist.
  • The deleted conversations cannot be restored. The duplicated conversations are independent threads with the original conversations messages.
