Group Incentives Report

Use the Group Incentives Report screen to generate the group incentives report. You can use this report to analyze incentives associated with group bookings and evaluate net revenue after incentive costs is calculated. The incentive and revenue information is calculated using the contracted rate, rebate amount, comp room ratio, housing fee, and booking agency commissions configured for the group booking.

This report includes booking agency commissions, per-room rebates, complimentary rooms, housing fees, and related revenue calculations. You can generate the report for past, current, or future groups.
