Maintaining guest details
The tab is used to record additional names and identification (ID) information
for all names on a guest stay account without requiring separate accounts for each guest.
Additional names display in guest stay lists to locate additional guests that are occupying
a room. If IDs such as passports are required for all of the guests staying at the property, additional names can be added with specific ID
information for each name.
Note: When
a restricted guest profile is selected as an additional guest, a warning message is
displayed. if the Remove Restriction Date is
specified for the restricted guest profile, the Remove Restriction date is displayed in
the warning message.
