Add Credit Card

Use the Add Card Details window to add a credit card as a reservation guarantee. Based on the selected Capture Method, you can manually specify card information or capture card information using a supported payment device.

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Create a new reservation or select an existing reservation.
  3. Select Guarantee & Deposit from the navigation pane. The Guarantee & Deposit screen is displayed.
  4. Click + Add on the Credit Card section. The Add Card Details window is displayed.
  5. Select the required capture method.
    Note: When an EMV-based capture method is selected, the application activates the configured payment device and prompts the user to present the payment card. After the card is successfully read, a payment token is returned, and the available card details are displayed in the Add Card Details window for verification. Sensitive card information remains encrypted throughout the capture process and is not displayed in full.
  6. Specify this information in the Enter Card Details section:
    Card Number
    The unique number assigned to the credit card.
    Expiration
    The expiration month and year of the credit card.
    CVV
    The Card Verification Value associated with the credit card.
    Billing Postal Code
    The postal code associated with the cardholder billing address.
  7. Click Submit to save the card information.
