Generating a Work Order list
- Select Administration > Reports > Housekeeping > Work Order List.

Specify this information in the Report Parameters
section:
- Property
- The property code for which the report is generated. This
value defaults with the session property.Note: You can modify this value.
- Reason
- The code of the reason for creating the work order.
- Employee
- The code of the employee.
- Status
- The status of the work order. Possible values:
- Active
- Cancelled
- Complete
- Department
- The code of the department.
- Room
- The number assigned to the room.
- Building
- The code of the building.
- Floor
- The code of the floor.
- Wing
- The code of the wing of the building.
- Sort By
- Output Format
- The output format for the report. By default, the format is
PDF.Note: You can modify the output format.

Specify this information in the Report Options
section:
- Show Parameter Page
- Select this checkbox to print the parameters that you used to generate the report.

Specify the Start Date and
End Date fields in the
Date Range section.
Note: By default, the Start Date and End Date fields are set to the current Hotel Date.
