Generating the User Report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Administration > User Report. The User Report screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:

    Property
    The property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
    User
    The code and description of the user.
    Department
    The code of the department.
  4. Set these parameters in the Report Options section:
    User ID Expired
    Select this check box to include the expired user ID.
    Password Expired
    Select this check box to include the expired password of the user.
  5. Specify the Start Date and End Date fields in the Date Range section.
    Note: By default, the Start Date and End Date fields are set to the current Hotel Date.
  6. Click Print. The report is generated in the specified output format.
