Generating the User Report
- Select Administration > Reports > Administration > User Report. The User Report screen is displayed.
- Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:

- Property
- The property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
- User
- The code and description of the user.
- Department
- The code of the department.

Set these parameters in the Report Options section:
- User ID Expired
- Select this check box to include the expired user ID.
- Password Expired
- Select this check box to include the expired password of the user.

Specify the Start Date and
End Date fields in the
Date Range section.
Note: By default, the Start Date and End Date fields are set to the current Hotel Date.
- Click Print. The report is generated in the specified output format.
