Generating the Reservation Agent Productivity report
- Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Reservation Agent Productivity. The Reservation Agent Productivity screen is displayed.

Specify this information in the Report Parameters
section:
- Property
- The property code for which the report is generated. This
value is defaulted with the session property.Note: You can modify this value.
- User Group
- The code and description of the user group.
- User
- The ID of the user. You can select multiple values.
- Date Range Basis
- The option available to print the report based on the dates
associated with the reservation. Possible options:
- Created on Date (C)
- Checked Out (D)
- Cancelled (X)
- Report Rate By
- Output Format
- The output format for the report. By default, the format is
PDF.Note: You can modify the output format.
- Specify the sort order in the Sort By section to generate the report. You can sort the report by Guest Name, Arrival Date or Confirmation Number.
- Specify the Start Date and End Date the Date Range section from which the reports must be generated.
- Click Print. The report is generated and displayed.
