Working with group booking action buttons

On the Record View tab of the Group Booking screen, a number of buttons are displayed that provide quick access to basic group booking functions. You can hover over an icon to view a description of its meaning. This table provides descriptions of each button.

Button	Function
	Tentative: Initiates the group booking status to tentative.
	Definite: Initiates the group booking status to definite.
	Cancel: Initiates cancellation of the group booking.
	Reinstate: Initiates a reinstatement of a cancelled group booking.
	Check-in: Initiates the check-in process for the group booking.
	Check-out: Initiates the check-out process for the group booking.
	Create Sub Group: Initiates creation of a sub group from a master group.
	Copy Group: Initiates a copy of the group booking.
	Create Billing Account: Initiates creation of a billing account for the group booking.
	Print Documents: Displays options to print the document. See, Group Confirmation, Group Pro-Forma Tax Invoice.
	Email Documents: Displays options to email the document. See, Group Confirmation, Group Pro-Forma Tax Invoice.
