Generating the Comp Folio report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Comp Folio. The Comp Folio screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated. This value is defaulted with the session property.
    Note: You can modify the value.
    Room Number
    The number associated with the room.
    Confirmation Number
    The confirmation number generated for the guest stay.
    Account
    The unique number associated with the account.
    Departure Date:
    The date on which the guest departs.
    Buildings
    The code of the building.
    Group By
    The code of the group.
    Output Format
    The output format for the report. By default, the format is PDF.
    Note: You can modify the output format.
  3. Specify this information in the Report Options section:
    Show Parameter page
    Select this checkbox to print the parameters that you used to generate the report.
    Include Property Name
    Select this checkbox to include the property name in the report.
    Include Property Address
    Select this checkbox to include the property address in the report.
    Include Property Phone
    Select this checkbox to include the property phone in the report.
    Include Property Email
    Select this checkbox to include the property email in the report.
    Include POS Details
    Select this checkbox to include the POS Details in the report.
  4. Specify the sort order in the Sort By section to generate the report. You can sort the report by Room Number, Name or Building.
  5. Specify the Start Date and End Date fields in the Date Range section.
    Note: By default, the Start Date and End Date fields are set to the current Hotel Date.
  6. Click Print. The report is generated and displayed.
