Generating work order detail reports
- Select Administration > Reports > Housekeeping > Work Order Detail. The Work Order Detail screen is displayed.

Specify this information in the Report Parameters
section:
- Property
- The property code for which the report is generated. This value defaults with the session property.
- Reason
- The code of the reason for creating the work order.
- Employee
- The code of the employee.
- Status
- The status of the work order. Possible values:
- Active
- Canceled
- Complete
- Department
- The code of the department.
- Room
- The number assigned to the room
- Building
- The code of the building
- Floor
- The code of the floor
- Wing
- The code of the wing of the building
- Group By

Specify this information in the Report Options
section:
- Show Parameter Page
- Select this check box to print the parameters that you used to generate the report.
- include Notes
- Select this check box to include the notes to the report.

Specify the Start Date and
End Date fields in the
Date Range section.
Note:
By default, the Start Date and End Date fields are set to the current Hotel Date.
- Click Print. The report is generated in the specified output format.
