Generating work order detail reports

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Housekeeping > Work Order Detail. The Work Order Detail screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated. This value defaults with the session property.
    Reason
    The code of the reason for creating the work order.
    Employee
    The code of the employee.
    Status
    The status of the work order. Possible values:
    • Active
    • Canceled
    • Complete
    Department
    The code of the department.
    Room
    The number assigned to the room
    Building
    The code of the building
    Floor
    The code of the floor
    Wing
    The code of the wing of the building
    Group By
  3. Specify this information in the Report Options section:
    Show Parameter Page
    Select this check box to print the parameters that you used to generate the report.
    include Notes
    Select this check box to include the notes to the report.
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date fields in the Date Range section.
    Note: 

    By default, the Start Date and End Date fields are set to the current Hotel Date.

  5. Click Print. The report is generated in the specified output format.
