Generating Express Cancel for a batch

  1. Select Administration > Daily Processing > Express Functions > Express Cancel.The Express Cancel screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Description
    The description of the batch.
    Cancellation Reason
    The reason for cancelling the reservation.
    Cancellation Note
    Additional information related to cancellation of the guest stay.
    Note: If the Do Not Charge Cancellation Fee check box is selected, the cancellation fee is not charged.
  3. Click Select Stays. The Guest Stay window is displayed.
  4. Search for the required guest records. See, Creating guest reservations
  5. Click Run. The guest stay records are displayed.
  6. Select the required records for Express Cancel.
  7. Click Select.
  8. Click Submit. A new batch is created, and a confirmation message is displayed.
    Note: You can click the View link in the confirmation message, to view information related to the express cancel batch on the Express Process Results screen.
