Generating the Tax Exempt Report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Reports.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
    Tax Exempt Type
    The code for which exemption is applicable.
    Output Format
    The output format for the report. By default, the format is PDF.
    Note: You can modify the output format.
  3. Set these parameters in the Report Options section:
    Show Parameter Page
    Select this check box to print the parameters that you used to generate the report.
    Note: These parameters are also printed on the report.
    Checked out
    Select this check box to include the guest stay details with Checked out status.
    In House
    Select this check box to include the guest stays with In-house status.
    Reserved
    Select this check box to include the guest stays with Reserved status.
    Pending
    Select this check box to include the guest stays with Pending status.
    Active
    Select this check box to include the guest stays with Active status.
    Closed
    Select this check box to include the guest stays with Closed status.
    Include Event Reservations
    Select this check box to include the event reservation details in the reports.
    Include House Accounts
    Select this check box to include the house accounts details in the reports.
    Include Organization Accounts
    Select this check box to include the organization account details in the reports.
    Include Booking Agency Accounts
    Select this check box to include the booking agency account details in the reports.
    Include Group Accounts
    Select this check box to include the group account details in the reports.
    Include Group Profile Accounts
    Select this check box to include the guest profile account details in the reports.
