Adding descriptors to guest preference codes

Use the Descriptors tab to add descriptors to guest preferences.

  1. Select Administration > Configuration > Guest Preferences.
  2. Click the Descriptors tab.
  3. In the Descriptor Details section specify the information that you require.
    Descriptor
    The code and the name of the descriptor for the guest preference.
    Note: 

    If the Default checkbox is selected for a Descriptor, the Descriptor will be defaulted to the Descriptor field when the Preference is added to a Guest Stay. The User can accept the Default Descriptor or select a different Descriptor.

  4. Click Save.
