Using the Stay 360 screen
On the Stay 360 screen:
- Select Front Desk > Stay 360.

Click Search. You can filter the reservations by specifying the
guest's name, confirmation number, room number, the reservation status, loyalty
number, the player card number and alternate name. A count of the reservations
is displayed, irrespective of the filter.
Note:
- The Guest tile displays the reservation details such as the alternate name, loyalty number and the player card number specified in the Guest Stay screen. In screen designer mode, you can view the Invite for Online Check-Out and Invite for Online Check-In check boxes.
- The application displays all the reservations, irrespective of the status.
- You can also filter the reservations based on the status such as Arrivals, Departures, and Inhouse.
- The room type must be in inventory for the guest stay duration, while using room attribute as search criteria.
- When a cash settlement is made, the total folio amount is rounded based on the value specified in the property parameter POSTROUNDINGDIFFERENCE.
- The search for Non Registered Guests displays the NRG reservations with guest name/caption prefixed by NRG on the Guest tile, the Additional Guest tile, the Associated Guest tile, and the Share tile of this screen.
- When a user, who does not have the VVIP authorization, searches for the guest stay records the VVIP Guest Stay records are displayed. However, the values in the fields are masked. The records are displayed only when the search is with the Guest Last Name or Confirmation Number.
- If the Lease reservation is created for one day, the application extends the length of stay by 1 day and the Status of the Guest Stay is set to In-House.
- The Welcome text is displayed only if the Welcome Message is configured on the Property Configuration screen.
- The reservation status is updated from In-House to
Pre-Reg Not Present in the header section
only if:
- The Guest Not Present check box is selected.
- The EOD process is completed.
- The application sets the reservation status to No Show only if:
- The EOD process is completed, and the guest has not yet arrived.
- The Guest Not Present check box is cleared, and the status is set to Pre-Reg Not Present.
- For Pre-Arrival rooms, keys are generated after the check-in is completed. In case keys are generated prior to the guest arrival, the pre-arrival room number is changed to a normal room number, after the check-in process is completed. The key is generated only if the Use Pre-Arrival Rooms check box is selected on the Room Key Configuration screen. For example, 8332 is changed to 102.
- If a note is created for a guest stay on the Notes tab of the Guest Stay screen, and the Display on Check-In, Display on Check-Out, or Display on Reservation Retrieval check boxes are selected, the note is displayed in Notes window during the check in, check out or when a reservation is retrieved.

Note: If the FORCETAXINVONPAYMENT property parameter check box is selected, you must post the payment using the Post Payment option on the Tax Invoicing tab. During the check-out process, the application displays an error message if the folio balance is more than zero for the Pending Invoices.
