Generating the Guest Stay Trace report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Guest Stay > Guest Stay Trace Report. The Guest Stau Trace Report screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated.
    Note: You can modify the value.
    Guest Confirmation
    A unique number generated for the confirmed guest reservation.
    Note: You can select multiple guest confirmation numbers.
    Delivery Method
    Guest Stay Status
    The code of the status for the guest stay.
    Trace Status
    The trace status for which you want to print the traces.
    Trace ID
    The unique identification number for the trace Id.
    User Created
    The ID of the user who created the account.
    User Completed
    Assigned User
    Department
    The code of the department.
    Report View
    The report view type based on which the revenue information is displayed in the report.
  3. Specify this information in the Report Options section:
    Show Parameter page
    Select this checkbox to print the parameters that you used to generate the report.
  4. Specify the sort order in the Sort By section to generate the report. You can sort the report by Delivery Method, Trace Status, Assigned User, Department or Room Number.
  5. Specify the Start Date and End Date fields in the Date Range section.
    Note: By default, the Start Date and End Date fields are set to the current Hotel Date.
  6. Click Print. The report is generated and displayed.
