Generating the Housekeeping Cleaning Schedule report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Housekeping > Housekeeping Cleaning Schedule. The Housekeeping Cleaning Schedule screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated.
    Note: You can modify the value.
    Building
    The building code for which the guest details are included in the report.
    Exposure
    The view/exposure code that a guest can view from the room. Example: sea view, swimming pool view, tennis court view and so on.
    Floor
    The floor code assigned to the room.
    Section
    The Section code assigned to the room.
    Sequence
    Wing
    The code of the ring configured to the room.
  3. Specify this information in the Report Options section:
    Include Vacant Rooms
    Select this checkbox to include vacant rooms in the report.
    Include Unassigned Reservation Summary
    Include Schedule on Hotel Date
  4. Specify the sort order in the Sort By section to generate the report. You can sort the report by Arrival Date, Lost Business Date, Lost Business Reason or Market Segment.
  5. Specify the Start Date field in the Date Range section.
    Note:  By default, the Start Date is set to the current Hotel Date.
  6. Click Print. The report is generated and displayed.
