Generating the CRS Cancellatiion letter

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Guest Stay > CRS Cancellation Letter. The CRS Cancellation Letter screen is displayed
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated. This value defaults with the session property.
    Note: You can modify the value.
    Confirmation Number
    The confirmation number generated for the guest stay.
    Locale
    The code of the location used to select the language of the letter.
    Note: If this field is empty, the default locale of the property is considered.
  3. Specify this information in the Report Options section:
    Waitlist
  4. Specify the sort order in the Sort By section to generate the report. You can sort the report by Cancellation Date or Arrival Date.
  5. Specify the Start Date and End Date fields in the Date Range section.
    Note: By default, the Start Date and End Date fields are set to the current Hotel Date.
  6. Click Print. The report is generated and displayed.
