Using the confirmation screen
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.

Create a new reservation.
Note:
- You can also click the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
- You cannot edit a reservation with Wait list status. However, you can cancel the reservation on the Confirmation screen.
- 3. Click Wrap Up in the shopping cart. The Wrap Up screen is displayed.

Select Submit to confirm the
reservation details. The reservation is saved, and the Confirmation screen is
displayed.
Note:
- You can use the Guest Stay option in the header section to access the Guest Stay screen. This option is displayed only if the HIDEGUESTSTAYLINK property parameter is not enabled.
- You can use the Reset option to refresh the reservation data. If you modify the guest reservation details on the Guest Stay screen and click this option, the Guarantee and Deposit screen is displayed with the updated data. If the reservation details are not modified on the Guest Stay screen and you click the Reset option, all current values on the Call Center screen are cleared.
- Click New Reservation to create another reservation without completing the call. The landing page is displayed.

Click Copy Reservation to replicate
the existing reservation data. After confirmation, the Rate
Shopping screen is displayed.
Note:
- The details such as guest information, property, stay dates and rate plan, and the credit card token of the original reservation are copied. You can modify the property.
- When copying a reservation with Arrival Date prior to the current date, the current date is defaulted as the Arrival Date and the number of nights is retained.

Click End to complete the
call.
Note: If the ENABLEADVDEPBUTTON property parameter is set to Always, the Guarantee Type field is set to Credit Card and a deposit is due, the Charge Deposit option is displayed. This option enables you the post the deposit amount that is due.
