Editing the guest details
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.

Search and select an existing guest reservation record using the Landing
Page.
Note:
- Alternatively, you can also select the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
- You can also modify the current reservation record created using Call Center screen.
- Select the Guest Details in the Navigation pane. The Guest Details screen is displayed.
- Select the guest record in the grid and click Edit.

Update the required data in the Guest and Arrival/Departure Information section.
Note: If the SAVEVIP property parameter is set to RESERVATION, the VIP Level is not displayed in the guest profile.
- Click Apply.
